Visits to the MERCOSUR Building

Each year, the MERCOSUR Secretariat welcomes visits from institutions interested in touring the MERCOSUR Building and learning more about the organization.

To request a visit to the MERCOSUR Secretariat, please follow the steps below:

• Be sure to include the name of the institution, the number of students, and the preferred date.
• We will contact you to coordinate a suitable date and time, subject to room availability and the meeting calendar of the Pro Tempore Presidency.

Available days and times for the first semester of 2025:

Tuesdays: 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

We offer guided tours of the MERCOSUR Building and/or informational talks on the regional integration process for groups of 10 or more. Visits must be scheduled in advance by emailing: visitainstitucional@mercosur.int, including the following information:

• Institution
• Country
• Number of participants

Visits may be temporarily suspended due to meetings of the MERCOSUR Pro Tempore Presidency.
